• Accountgegevens (overeenkomst): emailadres, weergavenaam, optioneel voornaam, achternaam en profielfoto, taalvoorkeur.Account information (contract): email address, display name, optionally first name, last name and profile photo, language preference.
• Inlogmethode: email en wachtwoord, of Sign in with Apple. Apple deelt dan alleen je naam en eventueel een door Apple gegenereerd emailadres.Login method: email and password, or Sign in with Apple. In that case Apple only shares your name and, optionally, an Apple-generated email address.
• Proefperiode zonder account (gerechtvaardigd belang): een anonieme sessie plus toestelherkenning, om te voorkomen dat de gratis proefperiode telkens opnieuw start.Trial period without an account (legitimate interest): an anonymous session plus device recognition, to prevent the free trial from restarting every time.
• Pairinggegevens (overeenkomst): gerechten die je intypt of scant, de gegenereerde wijnadviezen en alcoholvrije adviezen, je beoordelingen en notities.Pairing data (contract): dishes you type or scan, the generated wine and non-alcoholic recommendations, your ratings and notes.
• Foto's en locatie (toestemming): foto bij een wijnetiket of moment, en de locatie van het restaurant, automatisch bepaald of handmatig ingevoerd. Altijd via de toestemmingsvraag van je toestel, ook weer in te trekken.Photos and location (consent): a photo of a wine label or moment, and the restaurant's location, either detected automatically or entered manually. Always via your device's permission prompt, which you can withdraw at any time.

• Menukaartscans: uiterlijk 30 dagen na de scan, ongeacht accountstatus.Menu scans: at most 30 days after the scan, regardless of account status.

Account verwijderen kan direct in de app (Instellingen → Account verwijderen): profiel, pairings, notities en foto's worden dan meteen verwijderd, uit database én opslag.You can delete your account directly in the app (Settings → Delete account): your profile, pairings, notes and photos are then removed immediately, from both the database and storage.

Gerechttekst en menukaartfoto's gaan naar Anthropic (Claude) om je advies samen te stellen en gerechten te herkennen. Tekstinvoer wordt daarnaast automatisch gecontroleerd om misbruik van het invoerveld te voorkomen. Anthropic gebruikt deze gegevens niet om eigen modellen te trainen.Dish text and menu photos are sent to Anthropic (Claude) to compile your recommendation and recognize dishes. Text input is also automatically checked to prevent misuse of the input field. Anthropic does not use this data to train its own models.
